This was a most exciting project as it was an historic home that was in great need of an interior facelift. This is a Victorian/Craftsman Transition Bungalow with a fascinating history. It is located in Orange County, California in a beautiful and friendly neighborhood where you may spot the owners taking their beloved dogs on long walks. The interior went through major renovation involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, new architectural material specifications, hardware, fixtures and fittings, furnishings, historical and period art sourcing, custom art framing, re-upholstering - to name a few!
